How can I add or adjust itinerary pricing?

Add pricing details, price includes, and price excludes to an itinerary using the Pricing Blocks in the Itinerary Builder.

Getting started

  1. Navigate to Trip Solutions.
  2. Click Itinerary Builder to open the dropdown menu.
  3. Select Personal Itinerary or Sample Itinerary.
  4. Open the itinerary you want to add pricing to.

Pricing blocks

  1. Locate the Pricing Blocks section in the itinerary.
  2. Select the relevant tab and enter your pricing information.

Price

Add pricing details for the booking. Include as little or as much information as needed.

Price Includes & Excludes

Add the includes and excludes for the whole trip. Per-day or per-destination includes and excludes can be set separately in the Planner.

Text formatting options

  • Bold
  • Italics
  • Underline
  • Numbered list
  • Bullet points

 

Tip: To set includes and excludes per day or per destination, use the Planner.

How pricing displays on outputs

Once added, the pricing details will appear in the relevant section of the itinerary output.
