Before you start
Note: Some features in this guide are only available for Professional profiles.
Accessing rooms and services
1. Click "Profiles" to open your Profile Library
2. Scroll to the profile name that needs editing
3. Click the three dots (⋮)
4. Select "Edit Profile"
5. Navigate to Sleeping Arrangements (core)/Rooms and Services(professional)

Viewing existing room types
Any sleeping arrangements you added during profile creation appear here.

Adding a new room type
1. Click "Add Sleeping Arrangement"
2. Complete the room details (see below)
3. Click "Save and Close"

Room name and description
Name
- Descriptive room type name
- Examples: "Luxury Safari Suite," "Family Bungalow," "Garden Room"
Description
- 2-3 sentences about the room
- Include size, views, special features
- Mention bed configuration and amenities

Room type and configuration
Common room types
Select the category that best describes this room:
- Suite
- Standard Room
- Deluxe Room
- Family Room
- Twin Room
- Single Room
- Tent
- Chalet
- Bungalow
- Villa
Common configurations
Select the bed setup:
- King bed
- Queen bed
- Twin beds (2 singles)
- Double bed
- 1 King + 1 Single
- 1 King + 2 Singles
- 2 Queen beds
- Multiple beds
- Sofa bed

Quantity and size
Number of rooms
- How many rooms of this exact type do you have?
- Example: 4 Luxury Suites, 6 Standard Rooms
Room size
- Add size in square meters (m²)
- Example: 45m², 30m², 60m²

Tip: Accurate room counts help agents with availability planning.
Room images
Upload: Core up to 6 images and professional up to 60
1. Click "Drop files here"
2. Select room images from your computer
3. Wait for upload to complete
What to photograph:
- Overall room view showing bed and layout
- Bathroom (very important to agents and clients)
- Special features (balcony, view, seating area)
- Detail shots (amenities, decor)

Pro tip: Different room types should have different photos. Don't reuse the same images.
Room facilities
Tick all facilities available in THIS specific room type:
Common room facilities:

Select only what this room type actually has.
Saving the room type
1. Review all information
2. Click "Save and Close"

Your room type is now added to your profile.
Repeat this process for each different room type you offer.

Professional Profile
Showcase activities available at your property or nearby.
Adding an activity
1. Navigate to the "Activities" section
2. Click "Add Activity Option"

Activity name and description
Name
- Clear, descriptive activity name
- Examples: "Guided Game Drive," "Spa Treatment," "Wine Tasting," "Sunset Cruise"
Description
- What the activity involves
- Duration
- What's included
- Who it's suitable for

Inclusion type
Select how this activity is offered:
Included
- Activity is part of the stay at no extra cost
- Example: Daily game drives included in rate
Optional
- Activity is available but costs extra
- Example: Spa treatments bookable on-site
Extra
- Activity requires additional payment
- Example: Hot air balloon safari (paid extra)

Be clear: Agents need to know what's included in rates vs. what costs extra.
Activity images
Upload up to 60 images per activity option:
1. Click "Drop files here"
2. Select activity photos
3. Upload completes
What to show:
- People enjoying the activity
- The experience in action
- Results/outcomes (e.g., wildlife sightings)
- Equipment or setting

Saving the activity
1. Review activity details
2. Click "Save and Close"
Repeat for each activity you offer.

Add on-site restaurants or dining options.
Adding a restaurant
1. Navigate to the "Restaurants" section
2. Click "Add Restaurant"

Restaurant name and description
Name
- Restaurant name or dining area name
- Examples: "The Boma," "Sunset Terrace," "Main Dining Room," "Pool Bar & Grill"
Description
- Cuisine type
- Dining atmosphere
- Meal times (breakfast, lunch, dinner)
- Capacity
- Special features

Restaurant images
Add 60 photos per entry:
1. Click "Drop files here"
2. Select restaurant images
What to photograph:
- Dining area/ambiance
- Table settings
- Food presentation
- Outdoor/indoor dining spaces
- Bar area (if applicable)

Saving the restaurant
1. Review restaurant details
2. Click "Save and Close"
Add multiple restaurants if you have several dining options (main restaurant, pool bar, etc.).

Sleeping arrangements
Name clearly
- Use descriptive names that differentiate room types
- Avoid generic names like "Room 1" or "Standard"
Write compelling descriptions
- Highlight unique features
- Mention views and special amenities
- Include size for context
Show variety in photos
- Bedroom, bathroom, balcony/view, details
- Well-lit and professionally composed
- Different photos for different room types
Accurate facilities
- Only tick what the room actually has
- Be specific (outdoor shower vs. standard shower)
Activities
Be specific about duration
- Include time frame (2 hours, half-day, full-day)
- Mention departure times if fixed
Clarify costs upfront
- Use inclusion type accurately (Included/Optional/Extra)
- Prevents confusion and surprises
Show the experience
- Action photos work best
- Include guests enjoying activities
- Show variety of available options
Restaurants
Describe the atmosphere
- Formal or casual?
- Indoor or outdoor?
- Special ambiance or theme?
Mention dietary options
- Vegetarian, vegan, halal, etc.
- Special dietary accommodations
Highlight unique features
- Traditional cooking methods
- Local ingredients
- Award-winning chef
- Signature dishes

1. Find the item in the list
2. Click the pencil icon or "Edit"
3. Make changes
4. Click "Save and Close"
Delete items
1. Find the item
2. Click the bin icon or "Delete"
3. Confirm deletion
Warning: Deletion is permanent. Make sure the item is no longer offered before deleting.
