How can I search for and edit a contact's details?

Use the Contact Manager dashboard to search, filter, update, and delete contacts across your account.

Getting started

Step 1

Select Contacts from the left-hand navigation bar to open the Contact Manager dashboard.

Searching and filtering

The Contact Manager dashboard displays all contacts created by you and your team.

Use the search and filter options to find a contact:

  • Search bar - enter a name, email, or phone number. Results update as you type.
  • Country - start typing a country name to filter the list, then select the correct country. Only active countries are displayed.
  • By Consultant - start typing a username to filter the list, then select the correct person. Only active assigned users are displayed.

Deleting contacts

Step 4

To delete a contact, tick the checkbox next to the contact you want to remove.

Use the multi-select options to manage multiple contacts at once:

  • Select all - tick the checkbox next to the Contact Name heading
  • Deselect all - un-tick the checkbox next to the Contact Name heading

Caution: Deleting a contact is permanent.

Once removed, the contact cannot be recovered and will no longer appear in any linked itineraries.

Editing contact details

Step 5

In the Contact Manager dashboard, select the traveller's name to open their contact profile.

Select Edit Details and update the information as needed.

Select Save to store your changes.
