How can I use Flight Lookup in Wetu?

Add the flight to the Route Builder

Note: Flight Lookup is only available on Personal Itineraries and requires travel dates to have been entered in the Accommodation step.

1. Open the itinerary and navigate to the Route Builder step.

2. Find the correct day for the flight.

3. Click the blue + symbol to add any additional routing for that leg.

1. Once all transport legs have been added, click the red plane icon next to the transport mode for the flight leg.

2. Click in the Search Airline field.

3. A dropdown will appear showing two categories.

Saved Contacts		Airlines
Contacts saved in your Account Settings. Selecting one allows you to manually enter all flight details - no automatic lookup.		Airlines sourced from FlightStats. Selecting one enables the automatic Flight Lookup - flight details will be pulled through into the relevant fields.

4. Select the airline from the Airlines section of the dropdown.

5. Enter the flight number.

6. Click Get Flight Details.

7. The system will auto-populate: flight path, terminal details (where available), flight times, and flight duration.

8. If multiple flights are registered to the same flight number, a window will appear listing the available options.

9. Select the correct flight from the list.

Use the Flight Lookup feature to automatically pull flight details, including times, terminal information, and flight duration - directly into your itinerary.
