What is WetuShare?
WetuShare lets you send targeted content packages directly to clients and partners.
Use cases:
- Respond to inquiries with complete property information
- Share customized content for specific client needs
- Send rate sheets and detailed information
- Provide visual presentations
- Follow up on proposals
What gets sent:
- Professional email with your branding
- Selected property information
- Chosen images, videos, and documents
- Your personal message
Accessing WetuShare
1. Navigate to your Profile Library
2. Find the profile you want to share
3. Click the three dots (⋮) to view the action options.
4. Select "WetuShare"

The WetuShare wizard opens, guiding you through 4 steps.
Step 1: Details
Enter recipient information and your message.

Recipient email address
Enter the email address of the person receiving the share.
Format: name@company.com
Tip: You can send to multiple recipients by entering multiple email addresses.
Reply email address
The reply email address will always default to the email address of the logged-in user.

Personal message
Add a custom message that appears in the email.
What to include:
- Greeting and context
- Why you're sharing
- Key highlights to note
- Call to action
- Contact information

Click "Next" when complete.
Step 2: Content
Select what property information to include.
Property information
Check the box to include:
- Description - Full property description
- Fast Facts - Key details (ratings, capacity, etc.)
- Facilities - All amenities and services

Recommended: Always include this - it provides essential context.
Videos and virtual tours
If you have videos or virtual tours on your profile:
1. Checkboxes appear for each video/tour
2. Select which ones to include
3. Videos embed in the share
Tip: Videos greatly increase engagement - include when available.
Step 3: Documents
Add private documents to your share.
Available documents
Documents from your profile appear here:
- Rate sheets
- Brochures
- Terms & conditions
- Special offers
- Additional information

Select documents
1. Check boxes for documents to include
2. Add as many as relevant
3. Recipients can download each document
What to include:
- Rate sheets (if inquiry is pricing-related)
- Detailed brochures
- Terms & conditions (for bookings)
- Special offers (if applicable)
What to skip:
- Internal documents
- Outdated materials
- Irrelevant content
Step 4: Images
Choose which images to share with the recipient.
Image categories
Images are organized by category:
- General Images
- Sleeping Arrangements
- Activity and Restaurant images (where these have been added)

Select images
Option 1: Select entire categories
- Tick the checkbox next to the category name
- All images in that category are included
- Fastest method for comprehensive sharing
Option 2: Select specific images
- Expand each category
- Tick individual image checkboxes
- Curate exactly what you want to share

Best practices for image selection
For general inquiries:
- Include all categories
- Show property diversity
- 15-25 images total
For specific requests:
- Focus on relevant categories
- Room types they inquired about
- Facilities they mentioned
- 8-12 targeted images
For quick responses:
- Select key categories only
- Exterior, best rooms, main facilities
- 6-10 essential images
Step 5: Review and Submit
Review everything you've selected before sending.

The Submit step shows:
- Recipient email
- Reply email
- Personal message
- Property information selected
- Videos/virtual tours included
- Documents attached
- Images chosen (count)

- Use "Back" button to return to previous steps
- Modify your selections
- Return to Submit step

1. Review everything one final time
2. Click "Submit and Close"

Tracking and follow-up
After sending
Tracking is available, although to a limited extent.- Within Account → Account Setup → Reports, users can view:
- The email recipient
- The profile the content was sent from
- The date sent
- Whether the information was downloaded
Log sends:
- Date sent
- Recipient name and email
- Content shared
- Purpose/context
Set reminders:
- Follow up in 2-3 days if no response
- Check if they received it
- Answer any questions
- Move inquiry forward

Troubleshooting
Can't find WetuShare option
- Verify you have a Professional profile
- Check in Actions menu (three dots)
- Contact support if still not visible
Recipient didn't receive email
- Check email address for typos
- Ask them to check spam folder
- Verify their email server accepts marketing emails
- Resend if necessary
Images not appearing in share
- Ensure images are published in your profile
- Check image file sizes (should be under 25MB)
- Verify images uploaded successfully
