How do I add existing traveller contacts to an itinerary?
Search for and add contacts from your Contact Manager directly to a Personal Itinerary - without creating duplicate entries.

Getting started
Step 1
Create or open a Personal Itinerary and scroll to the Traveller details.

Step 1: Itinerary Details. click Manage Travellers.

Step 2
Set the number of Adults and Children travelling using the + and − icons or by entering the number directly.

Note: The Contact Manager currently stores Adult traveller details only. Child traveller records are not stored.
Step 3
Type the traveller's name in the search field. Matching contacts will appear, including their email address.
Select the correct contact from the list to add them to the itinerary.

Note: Once selected, a contact will no longer appear in the search drop-down, preventing duplicate entries.
Step 4
Once added, a Contact Manager icon will appear next to the traveller's name, confirming they are synced with your Contact Manager. Hover over the icon to see the confirmation tooltip.

Adding travellers from the Review step
Step 5
The Traveller details section is also available in Step 5: Review:
- Setup Options - opens the Contact Manager to update or create contact profiles.
- Manage Travellers - opens the Traveller details window to review or update traveller information.
Traveller details added in Step 1 will also appear here.

Note: Use the Review step to double-check traveller details before finalising your itinerary.
