How do I add itineraries or packages for mobile accommodations?

How to navigate to profiles

1. Log in to your Wetu account.

2. Hover over the side menu on the left of your dashboard.

The menu expands when you move your mouse over it, revealing labelled icons

3. Select Content Solutions, then click Profiles.

This takes you to the Profiles landing page.

What are Itineraries & Packages?

The Itineraries & Packages feature allows you to list the travel experiences you offer on mobile accommodation profiles. It does not create full itineraries in Wetu. Instead, it allows you to:

Showcase your available itineraries or packages
Add supporting descriptions and images
Link these offerings to your rates

NoteThis feature is only available on Professional tier profiles for Vehicles, Mobile Safaris, Boats, and Trains.

Where does this information appear?

The itineraries and packages you add will:

Appear within the profile as part of your product offering
Feed into the Rates section, where pricing can be added
Help agents understand what experiences are available for booking

How to add an itinerary or package

1. Scroll to the profile name and click the three dots (⋮)

2. Select “Edit Profile”

3. Navigate to “Resources”

4. Navigate to the Itineraries & Packages section.

5. Click+ Add
Right corner or if nothing has yet been added, there will be an +Add button center page.

6. Complete the required fields:

- Name— the name of the itinerary or package
- Description
- Images— recommended for better presentation

7. ClickSave.

Once your first item is saved, the + Add button will allow you to continue adding more.

Adding multiple itineraries or packages

You can add as many itineraries or packages as needed.
Each one will appear as a separate offering within your profile.
This allows you to showcase different routes, durations, or experiences.

How it connects to rates

The itineraries and packages you create will pull through into the Rates section. This allows you to:

Assign pricing to each offering
Structure your product clearly for agents

Important: You must create an itinerary or package before you can attach rates to it.
