Getting started
1. Navigate to Trip Solutions.
2. Click Itinerary Builder to open the dropdown menu.
3. Create a new itinerary or open an existing one.
4. Navigate to the Accommodation step.
Add the motorhome
1. Click the blue Accommodation button.
2. Start typing the name of the motorhome provider in the search field.
3. Select the desired motorhome from the dropdown list.
Note: If the motorhome you need is not in the system, contact contentservices@wetu.com to request it be added.
4. Configure the additional details for the motorhome.
| Basis Select the meal basis included for guests during the trip. Drinks Select whether drinks are included. Day Grouping Set how days are grouped in the Planner step and on the digital output. |
Add stops
Recommended approach
Add all stops in the Accommodation step so that the routing displays correctly on the Digital and Virtual outputs.
1. In the Select a Stop field, type the name of the first stop to the motorhome entry.
2. For each stop, complete the following details:
| Day/Night icon toggle Use the moon (🌙) icon for overnight stops and the sun (☀️) icon for day excursion stops. Select a Stop Type the location name and select it from the list. Destination Select the destination to pull through destination images and descriptions into the itinerary. Nights Enter the number of nights at this caravan or motorhome park. |
Set up routing
1. Navigate to the Route Builder step.
2. All stops added in the Accommodation step will have been automatically plotted on the map.
3. Enter a Start location and an End location for each leg, plus any additional stops not already added in the Accommodation step.

4. From the Mode dropdown, select Self-Drive.
5. Click the blue car icon to add route details for that day, including the correct vehicle icon.
Add a custom route
1. Click the orange Directions button.
2. All self-drive routes in the itinerary will be displayed.
3. Click Edit on the route you want to adjust.
4. Build more precise routes and add custom written directions as needed.
How it displays on outputs
- On the Digital or Virtual Itinerary, the route displays in the map overview.
- On the Discovery Itinerary, the routing displays in the map at the top of the itinerary.
