# How do I add or edit transport between destinations?

## Add transfers, scheduled flights, and charter flights to your itinerary using the Route Builder step of the Itinerary Builder.

### **Getting started**

1\. Open your itinerary in the **Itinerary Builder**.

2\. Navigate to the **Route Builder** step.

**Note:** You can add partial transport details and return later to complete the remaining fields.

### **Transfers**

1\. From the **Mode** dropdown, select **Transfer**.

2\. Click the **Bus icon** to the right of the dropdown.

3\. A pop-up will appear. Complete the transfer details.

4\. Click **Save Details** when finished.

| Field | Description |
| --- | --- |
| **Icon** | Select the transfer type icon. |
| **Company** | Select from pre-loaded contacts or enter as free text. |
| **Type** | Select the type of transfer from the dropdown. |
| **Vehicle Type** | Enter the vehicle type. |
| **Reference** | Enter the transfer company's reference number. |
| **Place / Branch** | Specify pick-up and drop-off locations. If left blank, Wetu defaults to the start and end points of the route. |
| **Travel date for route** | Pre-populates from dates entered in the Accommodation step. |
| **Time** | Enter the pick-up and drop-off times. |
| **Telephone** | Enter the transfer company's telephone number. Pre-populates if a contact has been loaded. |

### **Scheduled flights**

1\. From the **Mode** dropdown, select **Scheduled Flight**.

2\. Click the **Plane icon** on the right-hand side.

3\. A pop-up will appear. Complete the flight details.

4\. Click **Save Details** when finished.

| Field | Description |
| --- | --- |
| **Icon** | Defaults to plane - no other options available. |
| **Flight Company** | Select from pre-loaded contacts or enter as free text. |
| **Flight Number** | Enter the flight number. |
| **Ticket Numbers** | Enter the e-ticket number. Click the plus to add more than one ticket number. |
| **Ticket Class** | Enter the ticket class. |
| **Airport** | Departure and arrival points pre-populate from the routing built. |
| **Terminal** | Enter the departure terminal manually. Arrival airport pre-populates. |
| **Date** | Pre-populates from dates in the Accommodation step. Displays the departure and arrival day if no dates have been entered. |
| **Flight Time** | Enter arrival and departure times. |
| **Flight Duration** | Calculate and enter the flight duration manually. |
| **Check-in prior to flight** | Enter how long in advance clients must check in. |
| **Telephone** | Enter the airline's telephone number. Pre-populates if a contact has been loaded. |

### **Charter flights**

1\. From the **Mode** dropdown, select **Charter Flight**.

2\. Click the **Charter Flight icon**.

3\. The Charter flight - Booking details screen will open.

4\. Complete the charter flight details.

5\. Click **Save Details** when finished.

| Field | Description |
| --- | --- |
| **Icon** | Select Light Aircraft, Helicopter, or Sea Plane to indicate the aircraft type. |
| **Flight Company** | Select from pre-loaded contacts or enter as free text. |
| **Type** | Select the type of charter flight from the dropdown. |
| **Flight Number** | Enter the flight number if applicable. |
| **Reference Number** | Enter the charter flight reference number if applicable. |
| **Ticket Class** | Enter the ticket class. |
| **Airport** | Departure and arrival points pre-populate from the routing built. |
| **Terminal** | Enter the departure terminal. The arrival airstrip or airport pre-populates, but can be overridden manually. |
| **Date** | Pre-populates from dates in the Accommodation step. |
| **Flight Time** | Enter arrival and departure times. |
| **Flight Duration** | Calculate and enter the flight duration manually. |
| **Check-in prior to flight** | Enter how long in advance clients must check in. |
| **Telephone** | Enter the charter company's telephone number. Pre-populates if a contact has been loaded. |
