How do I add rate sheets, PDFs, or booking links to my profile?
Add documents, pricing, and booking integrations to your Professional profile. This helps travel agents access your rates and connect to your reservation systems.
Professional profiles only: These features are available exclusively for Professional profiles.

Accessing documents, rates, and integrations
1. Click "Profiles" to open your Profile Library
2. Scroll to the profile name and click the three dots (⋮)
3. Select "Edit Profile"
4. Navigate to "Resources"

Adding documents
Upload rate sheets, brochures, PDFs, and other documents.
Select document categories
1. Navigate to the "Documents" section
2. Click "Select Categories"
3. Tick the categories you want:
- Rate sheets
- Brochures
- Terms & conditions
- Other documents
4. Click "Select"

Upload documents
1. Click "Upload Document" for the category
2. Drag and drop a file OR click to browse
3. Select document from your computer
4. Wait for upload to complete

Edit document details
Once uploaded:
1. Click the pencil icon next to the document
2. Update the file name
3. Select visibility:
- Public (visible to all)
- Private (visible to you only)
- Trade only (visible to travel agents)
4. Click "Save"

Tip: You can now move documents between categories instead of deleting and re-uploading.
Adding rates
Set up seasonal pricing for your property.
Start adding rates
1. Navigate to the "Rates" section
2. Click "Add Rates"
3. Select your currency (e.g., ZAR, USD, EUR)

Add rate seasons
1. Click "Add Season"
2. Enter season name (e.g., "High Season," "Low Season," "Peak")
3. Set date range (start and end dates)
4. Click "Add Season"

Repeat for multiple seasons.
Add pricing configuration
1. Click "Add Pricing"
2. Configure:
- Pricing structure (per person, per room, etc.)
- Number of passengers
- Children's ages
3. Click "Add"

Enter rack rates
Once pricing structure is configured:
1. Enter rates for each room type or option
2. Add rates per season
3. Rates appear in a grid for each configuration

Add online rates link (optional)
If you have rates hosted elsewhere:
1. Find the "URL to online rates" field
2. Paste your rates page link
3. Save
Add extras
1. Navigate to the "Extras" section
2. Click "Add Item"
3. Enter:
- Item name (e.g., "Boat Transfer," "Gear Rental")
- Price
- Inclusion type (Optional, Included, or Extra)
4. Click "Save"
Add terms and conditions
1. Click "Select Terms"
2. Add:
- What's included
- Payment terms
- Cancellation policy
- Child policy
- Terms and conditions
3. Click "Save"

Adding integrations
Connect your booking system or GDS platforms.
Booking affiliates
1. Navigate to the "Integrations" section
2. Select your booking affiliate from the dropdown
- Nightsbridge
- ResRequest
3. Enter your affiliate code
4. Click "Save"
Note: If you no longer use a system, you can remove it here.
GDS codes
If integrated with Global Distribution Systems:
1. Click "Select GDS Codes"
2. Tick the platforms you use:
- Amadeus
- Sabre
- Galileo
- Worldspan
3. Add your GDS codes for each
4. Click "Save"
