How do I add travel dates to my itinerary?

Add start and end dates to a Personal Itinerary so clients know their travel schedule - and to enable voucher generation and the TravelKey mobile code.

Add travel dates

Note: Dates are only available on Personal Itineraries. If you are working from a Sample Itinerary, copy it first to create a Personal Itinerary.

1. Open the Personal Itinerary you want to add dates to.

2. Navigate to the Accommodation step.

3. At the top of the page, locate the start date and end date fields.

4. Click each calendar icon to select the start and end travel dates.

Ensure dates are correct

1. After adding dates, confirm that the total number of nights matches the number of nights set across all accommodation entries in the Accommodation step.

Important: If the dates and number of nights do not match, an error will appear at the top and bottom of the screen. You will not be able to save the itinerary or move to the Route Builder until this is resolved.

Remove dates

1. Click Clear dates next to the dates to remove them.

Note: Dates can be added at any time. Removing them does not delete the itinerary or accommodation entries.

Edit dates

1. Follow the same process as adding dates.

2. Select new start and end dates using the calendar icons.

3. All services in the itinerary will update to reflect the new dates.
