How do I assign destinations to a supplier profile?
Set a default destination for a supplier in your Account settings, or select a destination per itinerary in the Itinerary Builder.

Setting a default destination in Admin
Step 1
From the navigation panel, select Account setup, then select Account from the dropdown.

Step 2
Select the Suppliers tab. Each supplier shows its associated destination.
Select change next to a supplier to view or update its destination.

Note: Functionality on your Dashboard and Suppliers tab may vary depending on your package.
Step 3
A Change Destination pop-up will appear showing the current default destination for that supplier.

Step 4
Select a destination from the drop-down list and select Save.

Note: The destination selected here will be the default destination applied each time this supplier is included in an itinerary.

Step 5
In the Itinerary Builder, on the Accommodation step, select a destination from the Destination drop-down below the supplier name.
This selection applies to this itinerary only

Step 6
The chosen destination's information will display in the Destinations tab of the itinerary output.

Note: If you select a country as the preferred destination, the country description will still display in the Information tab unless you turn the Travel Information Page off in your Themes.
