How do I check accommodation availability in my itinerary?
Live availability indicators display next to each accommodation entry once travel dates have been added - provided the accommodation is linked to an affiliate booking system.

Getting started
1. Navigate to Trip Solutions.
2. Click Itinerary Builder to open the dropdown menu.
3. Select Personal Itineraries and open the itinerary you want to check.
4. Navigate to the Accommodation step.

5. Enter the travel dates at the top of the step - this will enable the live availability indicators to display.

Check availability
1. For each accommodation, enter the number of nights by typing the amount directly or clicking the + button.

2. Check the availability icon next to the check-in date.

| Icon | Meaning |
|---|---|
| ? | Live availability not linked or the link is broken |
| ✓ | Availability confirmed |
| ✗ | Fully booked |
Note: Live availability only displays when the accommodation is linked to an affiliate booking system.
