# How do I configure print summary options?

## Set default Print Summary options in Account to control which information appears when consultants generate a Print Summary from the Itinerary Builder.

### **Set default Print Summary options**

1\. In the navigation panel, go to **Account Setup › Account**.

2\. Click the **Options** tab.

3\. Select **Print Summary** from the quick navigation menu on the left.

4\. In the Print Summary Options window, configure the available options to customise which information appears on the Print Summary.

5\. Click **Save** when done.

 **Note:** These settings apply as the default for your account. Consultants can override these settings per itinerary in the Itinerary Builder, unless the **Allow Consultants to Override Itinerary Options** setting has been disabled in Account.
