# How do I configure print voucher options?

## Set default voucher appearance settings in Account so that vouchers generated for activities, transport, and accommodation are consistently styled across your team.

### **Set default print voucher settings**

1\. In the navigation panel, go to **Account Setup › Account**.

2\. Click the **Options** tab.

3\. Select **Print Voucher** from the quick navigation menu on the left.

4\. Customise the voucher appearance by selecting from the available dropdown options.

5\. Click **Save** when done.

 **Note:** These settings apply as the default voucher appearance for your account. Consultants can override these settings per itinerary in the Itinerary Builder, unless the **Allow Consultants to Override Itinerary Options** setting has been disabled in Account.
