How do I configure printable itinerary options?
Set a default printable itinerary template for your account and control whether consultants can customise the settings when generating outputs from the Itinerary Builder.

Set a default style template
1. In the navigation panel, go to Account Setup › Account.

2. Click the Options tab and scroll to Printable Itinerary Options, or click the quick navigation link on the left.

3. Select the style template you want to use as your default - Classic or Contemporary.

Classic (1)The original print format with a simple, familiar layout. Includes customisation options for colours, fonts, and logo size. |
Contemporary (2)A modern layout with redesigned information tables and a streamlined set of print options. |

Important
After changing the template, click Save. If you have the Itinerary Builder open in another browser tab when you make the change in Account, refresh that tab so the new template takes effect.
Control consultant customisation
Once you have set defaults in Account, you can control whether consultants can change these settings when generating printable outputs from the Itinerary Builder.
1. In the Printable Itinerary Options section, tick or untick Allow Consultants to Override Itinerary Options.

The table below shows how each printable output behaves depending on whether the override checkbox is ticked:

| Printable Itinerary | Consultants see the full options window and can customise before downloading. | No options window appears - the itinerary downloads immediately with the Admin defaults applied. |
| Print Summary | Consultants see the full options window and can customise before downloading. | No options window appears - the summary downloads immediately with the Admin defaults applied. |
| Vouchers | Consultants see all voucher customisation options. | The voucher window still appears, but is limited to selecting which vouchers to print and the language. All other options (colour, branding) apply the Admin defaults. |
Note: If a consultant changes any default settings in the Itinerary Builder, a Reset to Default button will appear - allowing them to revert to the settings you have configured in Account at any time.
