How do I connect my NightsBridge account to Wetu profiles?

Connect NightsBridge to your Wetu supplier profile to display live accommodation availability in the Itinerary Builder while automatically pulling relevant information from NightsBridge into your Wetu profile.

Note: Live availability is only available on Personal Itineraries with dates entered.

How to navigate to profiles

1. Log in to your Wetu account.

2. Hover over the side menu on the left of your dashboard.

The menu expands when you move your mouse over it, revealing labelled icons.

3. Select Content Solutions, then click Profiles.

This takes you to the Profiles landing page.

As a Wetu Supplier

1. Click "Profiles" to open your Profile Library
2. Scroll to the profile name and click the three dots ()
3. Select "Edit Profile"

4. Navigate to "Resources"
5. Select "Integrations"

As a Wetu client managing your profiles, you are able to add the following information to your profile to ensure live availability is visible to the trade:

  • Your Booking Affiliate, select:
    Nightsbridge
  • Affiliate code (BBID)

Information that pulls in from Nightsbridge 

Adding the BBID in the Profile Creation Wizard 

  • Property name and description 
  • Property Location 
  • Contact information including telephone number, email address and website link 
  • Room options, descriptions and images

As a Wetu Client

Open the accommodation tab on a Personal Itinerary to see live availability icons next to each supplier.

What the icons mean

Icon What it means
Green tick Rooms are available for the travel dates. Hover over the icon for a breakdown per room type.

Yellow question mark

Supplier is not linked to Wetu, or availability is currently unavailable. Contact the supplier directly.
Red cross

Selected accommodation provider has no rooms available for the travel dates

Remember: Availability icons give an indication only. Always contact the supplier directly to confirm a booking.
