How do I create a theme in Wetu?
Themes control the visual style and layout of your Digital Itinerary - including images, logos, contact details, and how content is presented to your client.

Theme customisation is available on Digital Lite and Digital Enterprise packages only.
Navigate to Themes

Template Settings

| Setting | Description |
|---|---|
| Theme Name | Enter a name you will recognise - you will select this theme from a dropdown menu when building itineraries. |
| Style Pre-populated Itinerary | Preview your styling changes against a pre-built sample itinerary. |
| Style My Own Itinerary | Paste the link to one of your own Personal or Sample itineraries to preview your styling changes against it. |
Note: Only Personal or Sample itinerary links can be used in the Classic Theme Customiser. Day Tour and Virtual Itinerary links are not supported.
Landing Page

| Setting | Description |
|---|---|
| Display Slideshow | Tick to play a slideshow of Property or Destination images on the Landing Page. Only available if a Landing Page Cover Image has been uploaded. |
| Slideshow Images | Choose between Property or Destination images for the slideshow. |
| Landing Page Template | Select a template to control how information is presented on the Landing Page. |
| Itinerary Details Overlay Location | Set whether itinerary details appear at the bottom, left, or right of the screen. Applies only to the "Information in Overlay" landing page template. |
Country Information

| Setting | Description |
|---|---|
| Display Country with Destinations | Include a country description alongside destination descriptions and images under the Destinations tab. |
| Display Travel Information | Show or hide the Travel Information tab on the digital itinerary. Untick to hide it. |
Contact Details / Enquiries

| Setting | Description |
|---|---|
| Logo Size | Choose the size of the logo displayed in the top left corner. Select Hide to remove branding from the itinerary. |
| Call-to-Action Button | Set the label on the top-right button: Book Now, Enquire, Register, or Hide. |
| Contact Details Location | Choose where contact details appear: in the Header banner, the About Us section, or in the same layout as trip information. |
| Contact Details Displayed | Select Company to show company contact details, Consultant to show the consultant's details, or Smart to automatically show consultant details on Personal itineraries and company details on Sample and rebranded itineraries. |
General

| Setting | Description |
|---|---|
| Landing Page Proceed Action Text | Select the label for the button on the Landing Page that takes clients into the itinerary content. |
| Display Sharing Option | Tick to show social media sharing buttons on the banner image. |
| Social Media Icon Style | Set the style of the Facebook and Twitter icons: round, square, or minimal. |
| General Icon Style | Set the style for icons displayed in contact details and on the Overview page. |
Images

| Image | Description |
|---|---|
| Landing Page Cover Image | Click + Upload to set the image clients see first when opening the itinerary. If a slideshow is enabled, the cover image will appear first in the sequence. Use a high-quality image, Wetu will crop larger images automatically to fit. |
| Banner Image | Click + Upload to set the top image in the itinerary header. If no image is uploaded, Wetu uses default content from its content library. |
| Printable Itinerary Cover Image | Click + Upload to set a cover image on the first page of the Printable Itinerary. This applies to the printable output only. |
Note: Wetu displays recommended image sizes next to each upload option. If you upload a larger image, it will be automatically cropped to fit.

Apply a theme to an itinerary
1. Open the itinerary in the Itinerary Builder and navigate to Step 1: Itinerary Details.
2. Locate the Theme dropdown and select your theme from the list.

Note: After creating or editing a theme, refresh your browser before trying to select it - it may not appear in the dropdown immediately.
4. Navigate to Step 6: Additional Details and click Preview Itinerary to open a preview and confirm the theme is displaying correctly.
