### **Priority filtering**

Priority filtering lets you quickly focus on the trips that need your attention. When you select one or more priority filters, Trip Pipeline shows only the trips that match, helping you manage your workload more effectively.

![2](https://knowledge.wetu.com/hs-fs/hubfs/Knowledge%20Base%20Content/Trip%20Pipelines/Search%20and%20filter/2.jpg?width=670&height=357&name=2.jpg)

#### **Available priority filters**

Trip Pipeline includes four priority filters. They are displayed at the top of the board.

![3](https://knowledge.wetu.com/hs-fs/hubfs/Knowledge%20Base%20Content/Trip%20Pipelines/Search%20and%20filter/3.jpg?width=670&height=357&name=3.jpg)

| Filter | What it shows | Best used to |
| --- | --- | --- |
| **Urgent** | Trips that need immediate attention: an automation runs tomorrow, or a task is due today or overdue | Start your day by reviewing urgent trips |
| **7 Days** | Trips with something due in the next 7 days | Plan work for the coming week |
| **30 Days** | Trips with something due in the next 30 days | Prepare work further in advance for upcoming bookings |
| **No Priority** | Trips with nothing due soon. They stay visible so you can still manage them when required. | Check regularly to make sure no trips have been overlooked |

**Note:** Blue cards aren't included in any priority filter. Blue is for information only. It shows that an automation will soon move the trip forward.

#### **Default view**

When no priority filter is selected, all trips are displayed. This gives you a complete view of every trip in your pipeline.

#### **Selecting multiple priorities**

You can select more than one priority filter at the same time. For example, selecting **Urgent** and **7 Days** shows trips that match either priority. This lets you build a view based on the work you want to focus on.

#### **Clearing priority filters**

To return to the default view, deselect all selected priority filters. Once all filters are cleared, all trips are displayed again.

**Tip:** Use priority filters throughout the day to stay focused on the most important work. They help make sure important tasks and bookings get attention at the right time.

### **Filter panel**

The Filter panel lets you create highly specific views of Trip Pipeline by combining multiple search criteria. Unlike the quick filters on the board, it lets you narrow down trips using several conditions at the same time.

#### **Open the Filter panel**

1\. Select **More filters** in Trip Pipeline.

![4](https://knowledge.wetu.com/hs-fs/hubfs/Knowledge%20Base%20Content/Trip%20Pipelines/Search%20and%20filter/4.jpg?width=670&height=357&name=4.jpg)

2\. Choose your filters.

3\. Review your selections.

4\. Select **Apply**.

![5](https://knowledge.wetu.com/hs-fs/hubfs/Knowledge%20Base%20Content/Trip%20Pipelines/Search%20and%20filter/5.jpg?width=670&height=357&name=5.jpg)

Trip Pipeline refreshes and shows only the trips that match your selected criteria. Your filters stay applied until you clear or change them.

| Filter | What it does | Options and examples |
| --- | --- | --- |
| **Trip category** | Filters trips by their current category. **Active** is selected by default. | Active, Won, Lost |
| **Trip priority** | Filters trips by priority. You can select more than one option. | Urgent, 7 Days, 30 Days, No Priority |
| **Number of nights** | Filters trips by length of stay. Enter the number of nights and choose a condition. | Exactly, Or more, Or less For example: exactly 7 nights, 10 nights or more, 3 nights or less |

| **Consultant** | Filters trips assigned to one or more consultants. Set to the logged-in user by default. | Select one or more consultants |
| **Branding** | Filters trips by branding. | Useful for businesses managing multiple brands or business units in the same account |
| **Travel dates** | Filters trips by their travel dates, so you can view trips travelling during a particular period. | A specific date or a date range |

#### **Clearing filters**

You can remove individual filters without affecting the rest of your search.

| To remove | Do this |
| --- | --- |
| One filter | Select the **Clear** or **Remove** icon next to the filter. |
| All filters | Select **Clear all** in the Filter panel, or select **Clear all** in the Trip Pipeline filter bar. |

![6](https://knowledge.wetu.com/hs-fs/hubfs/Knowledge%20Base%20Content/Trip%20Pipelines/Search%20and%20filter/6.jpg?width=670&height=357&name=6.jpg)

Once all filters are cleared, Trip Pipeline returns to its default view.

#### **Combining filters**

Multiple filters can be combined to create highly targeted views. For example:

| Filter | Selection |
| --- | --- |
| Trip category | Active |
| Trip priority | Urgent |
| Number of travellers (PAX) | More than 10 travellers |
| Consultant | Jane Consultant |
| Travel dates | Between June and September |

This shows only active trips that match all the selected criteria.

#### **Best practice**

Use the Filter panel when you need to answer operational questions or focus on a specific group of trips.

| Common examples include: | - Viewing trips travelling next month - Viewing trips travelling next month - Finding all lost trips - Reviewing bookings for a particular brand - Identifying large group bookings - Preparing work for upcoming departures |
| --- | --- |

Combining filters lets you quickly find the exact trips you need without searching through your entire pipeline.

### **Travel date filtering**

The Travel dates filter lets you quickly find trips based on when they are scheduled to travel. Unlike the Filter panel, it is available directly in the Trip Pipeline filter bar, so you can switch between common date ranges while you work.

#### **Open the travel dates filter**

1\. Select **Travel dates** in the filter bar.

![7](https://knowledge.wetu.com/hs-fs/hubfs/Knowledge%20Base%20Content/Trip%20Pipelines/Search%20and%20filter/7.jpg?width=670&height=357&name=7.jpg)

2\. Choose how you would like to filter your trips.

3\. Select **Apply**.

![8](https://knowledge.wetu.com/hs-fs/hubfs/Knowledge%20Base%20Content/Trip%20Pipelines/Search%20and%20filter/8.jpg?width=670&height=357&name=8.jpg)

Trip Pipeline refreshes to show only trips matching your selected travel dates.

#### **Filter by**

You can filter travel dates in four ways. Most options let you choose **Specific** (a single day, month or year) or **Range** (between two selected dates).

| Filter by | Shows trips travelling | Specific | Range |
| --- | --- | --- | --- |
| **Day** | On a specific day or between two dates | Select a single travel date For example: 28 June 2026 | Select a start and end date For example: 1 June 2026 to 30 September 2026 |
| **Month** | In a particular month or across multiple months | Trips travelling within one month For example: June 2026 | Trips travelling between two months For example: June 2026 to September 2026, or January to March |
| **Year** | In a specific year or across multiple years | Trips travelling in one year For example: 2026 | Trips travelling between two years For example: 2026 to 2027 |
| **No dates** | Trips that don't have travel dates assigned yet. Useful for finding enquiries or incomplete trips that still need travel dates. | Not applicable | Not applicable |

#### **Applied filters**

Once a travel date filter is applied, the selected value appears in the filter bar, so you can see your active filter without reopening the menu.

| Examples include: | - 28 June 2026 - 2026 - June 2026 to September 2026 |
| --- | --- |

![9](https://knowledge.wetu.com/hs-fs/hubfs/Knowledge%20Base%20Content/Trip%20Pipelines/Search%20and%20filter/9.gif?width=670&height=357&name=9.gif)

#### **Clear travel dates**

| Where | What to select |
| --- | --- |
| In the Travel dates menu | **Clear dates** |
| In the filter bar | The **×** next to the applied travel date |

Trip Pipeline returns to showing trips from all travel dates.
