You will need to create a new Sample Itinerary or open an existing one. 1\. Navigate to **Trip Solutions**. 2\. Click **Itinerary Builder** to open the dropdown menu. 3\. Navigate to the **Accommodation** step of the Itinerary Builder. 2\. The **Manage Scheduled Departures** screen will open. 4\. If no accommodation has been added, it defaults to one day from the start date. | | **Currency** | Select the currency for this trip. This applies to all Scheduled Departures - you cannot use different currencies within the same trip. | | **From / Is** | Select whether the price starts *from* (additional costs may apply) or *is* (a fixed price). This setting applies to all departures. | | **Price** | Enter the price for this departure. This can vary per departure. Do not include spaces in the amount - the system will not save if spaces are present. | | **Price Basis** | Select what the price is based on. | | **Add Departure** | Click to add the departure to the itinerary. | | **Delete** | Click the trash icon to delete a departure and reconfigure it. Wetu will automatically recalculate and update the end dates.
