How do I link my Tourplan agents to my Identities in Wetu?
If you have agents in your Tour Operating System, they need to be added to your Wetu account as Identities. This allows agent bookings to be connected to Wetu and agent branding to appear on itineraries.

Adding an Identity in Admin
1. From your Dashboard, select Account setup, then select Account.
2. Select the Identities tab.
3. Select + Create identity. A new page will open where you can capture the Identity's details. The minimum required fields are:
- Company Name
- Website
- Telephone Number
- Logo
4. Select whether you would like to co-brand with the Identity on various outputs, and whether you would like the Identity to receive view notifications. For further information on Identities, see this document.

Wetu suggests: For identity logos, keep the image size smaller than 200KB — ideally under 100KB. For print, 500KB or more is recommended.
Linking an Identity to Tourplan
1. Once you have created your Identity, scroll to the Tourplan (Inbound) Integration section at the bottom of the Identity screen.
2. Enter your Tourplan Debtor code for that agent into the Agent ID field.
3. Save the Identity.

Agents in the Tourplan Interface
1. Once your agents are set up correctly, they will appear in the Agent column of the Wetu / Tourplan (Inbound) Connector.

2. The agent reference will also be automatically assigned to the booking in the Itinerary Builder, under Branding on the Itinerary Details tab.
