How do I link ResRequest content to my supplier profiles?

Wetu integrates with certain Reservations and Availability Management Systems that some accommodation suppliers use to keep their online availability up to date.

Note: Live availability is only available on Personal Itineraries with dates entered.

How to navigate to profiles

1. Log in to your Wetu account.

2. Hover over the side menu on the left of your dashboard.

The menu expands when you move your mouse over it, revealing labelled icons.

3. Select Content Solutions, then click Profiles.

This takes you to the Profiles landing page.

As a Wetu Supplier

 

As a Wetu client managing your profiles, you are able to add the following information to your profile to ensure live availability is visible to the trade:

 

  • Your Booking Affiliate, select:
    • ResRequest
  • Affiliate code/PropertyID
  • Principal ID"

Note: Reach out to ResRequest directly to request your property and principal ID for Live Availability

As a Wetu Operator Client

Open the accommodation tab on a Personal Itinerary to see live availability icons next to each supplier.

Hover over the green tick icon to see a breakdown of availability per room type.

What the icons mean

Icon What it means
Green tick Rooms are available for the travel dates.
Red cross No rooms available for the travel dates.
Yellow question mark Supplier is not linked to Wetu, or availability is currently unavailable. Contact the supplier directly.

 

Remember: Availability icons give an indication only. Always contact the supplier directly to confirm a booking.
