How do I manage classifications and tags for my content?
Set up ratings, tags, flags, and experiences in Account settings, then assign them to suppliers in the Product Manager to help your team filter and identify products quickly.

Accessing classifications settings
Step 1
In the Product Manager, select the Customise icon next to a supplier to access the classifications settings.

Alternatively, go to Account setup > Account > Suppliers tab and select Manage ratings & tags.

Setting up ratings

In the Manage ratings & tags pop-up, you can:
- Edit the existing rating names to match your internal rating methods.
- Upload a badge icon for each rating - icons display in the Product Manager and Itinerary Builder.
- Select enter a rating at the bottom to add a new rating.
Badge icon requirements: PNG, JPG, or JPEG. Size: 64 x 64 px. Max file size: 1MB.

Setting up tags, flags, and experiences
Step 4
In the same pop-up, add, edit, or delete Tags, Flags, and Experiences:
- Tags - used as a filter in the Product Manager to identify key product characteristics.
- Flags - display next to the supplier name in the Product Manager for important booking information.
- Experiences - used as a filter to identify key activities associated to client requests.
Select the entry field at the bottom of each column to add a new option.

Step 5
Select Save to save your settings.

Tip: This information is only visible within your account. No other Wetu users or travellers will be able to see it.
Assigning classifications to a supplier
Step 6
In the Suppliers tab, find the supplier you want to update and select Rate & tag.

Step 7
In the Assign ratings and tags pop-up, select a Rating from the drop-down.
Use the arrows at the top to toggle between suppliers.

Step 8
Enter a Commission percentage in the Commission field.

Step 9
Tick any applicable Flags, Tags, and Experiences.
Add any internal notes in the Notes field.
Tick Preferred Supplier to add the Crown icon next to the supplier name.
Select Save.

A green tick icon will appear next to Rate & tag in the Suppliers tab to confirm changes have been saved

Viewing in Product Manager
Step 11
The assigned flags and Crown icon (Preferred Supplier) are now visible directly next to the supplier name in the Product Manager.

Step 12
Select the supplier to open its content. Internal notes are visible below the information section.

Step 13
Use the Filter options in the Product Manager to find suppliers by specific Flags, Tags, and Experiences.
1. Click Filter in the top right corner.

2. Scroll down to view Flags, Tags and Experiences

Step 14
The commission percentage is visible in the Comm % column of the Product Manager grid.
