How do I manage contact details in settings?

Pre-load frequently used contacts, car hire companies, tour guides, emergency contacts, so they can be quickly imported into any itinerary without re-entering details each time.

Create a contact

1. In the navigation panel, go to Account Setup › Account.

2. Click the Contacts and Services tab.

3. Click Add Contact.

4. Fill in the contact details on the new page.

5. Click Save.

Use contacts in the Route Builder

The Load Contacts button is available for most transport modes in the Route Builder - except Self-Drive, Scheduled Flights, and Hike.

1. Click the icon next to the relevant transport type to open its details.

2. Click Load Contacts.

3. Select the contact from the pop-up list and click Load Contact.

 Note: To add a car rental contact, use the Add Car Hire option. Contact details for Scheduled Flights are determined by the airline selected.

Use contacts in the Planner

Pre-loaded contacts can be imported when adding Meet & Greet services in the Planner step. Contacts can also be imported for transport added via Day Routes in the Planner.

Use contacts in the Review step

In the Review step, add Important Contacts that will be available to the traveller during their trip.

  1. In Step 5: Review, scroll down to the Important Contacts section.

  2. Click Add Contact to enter a contact manually, or click Load Contact to select from your pre-loaded list.

 Note: Contact details added in the Itinerary Builder are visible to clients via Printable Outputs and the TravelKey app only.
