You manage them directly in the Trip Panel, so you can see the work needed to move that booking forward. You can switch between them to track outstanding and completed work. | View | Shows | | --- | --- | | **To do** | Tasks that still need to be completed | | **Done** | Completed tasks. Select the trip card in Trip Pipeline to open the Trip Panel. 2\. Go to the **Tasks** section of the Overview tab. 3\. Select the **+** (Add task) button. Enter a task title. 5\. Add a description (optional). 6\. Assign a due date. 7\. This reduces manual admin and helps make sure your operational processes are followed consistently. Examples include: | When a trip moves to | The automation adds | | --- | --- | | **Quoted** | A follow-up task | | **Provisional** | A task | | **Invoiced** | A task to send the invoice | **Note:** Tasks added by an automation are assigned to the trip owner and don't get a due date automatically.  [back to top](https://knowledge.wetu.com/how-do-i-manage-tasks-in-the-trip-panel#back_to_top) ### **Task visibility across Trip Pipeline**  Tasks are connected throughout Trip Pipeline.
