# How do I reorder activities and add times to them?

## Adjust check-in and check-out times, add specific or general times to activities, and drag and drop activities into the correct order in the Planner step.

### **Navigating to your Itinerary Builder**

All time and ordering adjustments are made in the **Planner** step of the Itinerary Builder.

### **Accommodation check-in and check-out times**

1\. In the Planner step, locate the hotel entry.

2\. The timeslot field is displayed by default for supplier managed accommodation entries.

3\. Use the **+** and **−** buttons to set the check-in or check-out time for hours and minutes.

### **Activity times**

#### **General time of day**

1. Click the **Timeslot dropdown** next to the activity.
2. Select from: Morning, Lunch, Afternoon, Dinner, or Evening.

#### **Exact time**

1. Click the **green clock icon** next to the Timeslot dropdown.
2. Use the **+** and **−** buttons to set the hours and minutes.

**Note:** Time can also be typed directly into the field without using the + or − buttons. Time is recorded in 24-hour format.

### **Reorder activities**

1\. In the Planner step, locate the activity you want to move.

2\. Click and hold the **directional arrows** on the left of the activity.

3\. Drag the activity to the desired position in the day.

4\. Release to drop it in place.

**Note:** The tick box on the left of each activity is used only to select activities for deletion  it cannot be used to reorder activities.
