Before you begin: After receiving your XML message template from Wetu, use this guide to create a new Tourplan messaging template.
Step 1: Setting up your Wetu messaging template
1. In Tourplan, open Code Setup
2. Go to Messaging
3. Open Message Definitions,
4. Click on the Insert button.
5. Fill in the sections as follows:

|---|---|
| Code | Create a code for your Wetu template. Example: WETU |
| Description | Example: Wetu Messaging Template |
| Type | Set to Booking XML Message |
| Message History | Set to None |
| Editing Destination | Set to None |
Note: Ensure the Type is set to Booking XML Message. Your code and description can be whatever you wish.
Upload the Template
- Once you have created the template in Tourplan NX, click the Upload button.
- Upload the XML document that was provided to you by Wetu
