How do I share and manage my itinerary links?

Get the link from the Itinerary Browser

1. In the Itinerary Browser, click on the itinerary to expand its record.

2. Click Preview Discovery to open the Discovery Itinerary in a new browser tab - then copy the URL from the address bar.

3. Alternatively, click Discovery Itinerary Link from the dropdown to copy the URL directly without opening a preview.

Get the link from Additional Details

1. Open the itinerary in the Itinerary Builder and navigate to Step 6: Additional Details.

2. In the Outputs section, copy the Discovery Itinerary link directly.

3. Alternatively, click Preview Itinerary and select Discovery or Classic from the dropdown to open a preview.

Send via Wetu's email client

1. In Step 6: Additional Details, locate the email client dropdown in the Outputs section.

2. Select Discovery Itinerary from the dropdown to set which output link will be included in the email.

3. A confirmation modal will appear indicating that the Discovery Itinerary link will be used in the email generated by Wetu.

What displays on the Discovery Itinerary

The following details from your Admin pages are displayed on the Discovery Itinerary:

User _(Consultant) Details

Consultant Name
Consultant Photo

Customisation options

Design elements from your Classic Theme in Admin are automatically applied to the Discovery Itinerary.

Element	How it applies
Logos	The logo from your Company Profile or Identity will display.
Colours	The primary, secondary, and accent colours from the Colour Palette section of the Template Styles tab will be used.
Fonts	The heading and body text fonts from the Fonts section of the Template Styles tab will be used. Font sizing settings do not apply to the Discovery Itinerary.
Landing Page Images	Set to display either accommodation or destination images via the Landing Page section of the Template Settings tab in the theme customiser.

Landing page media can also be customised per itinerary by uploading specific images or a video in Step 6: Additional Details › Landing Page Media.
