How do I upload, change or remove images on a supplier profile?

Upload your own images, import supplier images, and control the display order for any supplier in your Wetu account.

Getting started

Step 1

From the navigation panel, select Account setup, then select Account.

If you do not have access to the Account function, ask the person in charge of your Wetu account to grant you permission.

Step 2

Select the Suppliers tab to view your list of preferred suppliers.

Customising your images

Step 3

Select Images next to the supplier you want to update. A new window will open.

Step 4

In the My Collection section, select Add Image/s to upload your own images.

You can also import images directly from the supplier's image library - see Step 5.

Step 5

Scroll down to the Supplier Images section to view images the supplier has loaded.

  • Select the up arrow icon to import a supplier image into My Collection.
  • Select the eye icon to preview an image before importing it.

Step 6

The first 3 images in My Collection are displayed in most outputs.

Drag and drop images to reorder them.

Setting display options

Step 7

Once your images are arranged, select your preferred display option:

  • Use/show my collection first then supplier images - your images display first, followed by the supplier's images.
  • Use/show images from my collection only - only your uploaded images are displayed.

Note: Customised images are only visible in your account. They do not affect the original supplier listing or any other account using the same supplier.

Caution: Ensure you have permission from the content owner before uploading images to avoid copyright issues. Wetu is not responsible for any issues that occur.
