How do I use Manage Mapping?

Use Manage Mapping in Wetu Connect to upload a bulk CSV file and map your service lines to the correct data fields.

Getting Started

Navigate to Manage Mapping from your Wetu Dashboard.

1. Log in to your Wetu Dashboard.

2. Select Connect from the main menu.

3. Select Bookings.
 
4. In the Connect screen, select Manage Mappings in the top right-hand corner.

Uploading the CSV File

Once in the Manage Mapping screen, upload your bulk mapping list.

1. In the Manage Mapping screen, select Load CSV in the top right-hand corner.

2. Browse to and select the CSV file you'd like to upload.

3. Once uploaded, proceed to map your services. See the section below for the required column format.

Required CSV Columns

Your CSV file must include the following four columns, in this exact order:

# Column Name Description / Example
1 Option Code The unique identifier for this service line
2 Supplier Name e.g. Hotel name, Activity supplier name, Transfer company name
3 Description e.g. Room name, Activity name for the service line
4 Comment e.g. Meal basis (Full Board), additional details such as max 2 Adults & 2 Children

Important: Columns must appear in the order listed above. Incorrect column order may cause mapping errors on upload.
