How do I use the Itinerary Browser in Wetu?

The Itinerary Browser is your central hub for viewing, managing, and organising all your itineraries - from creating new ones to searching, filtering, copying, and sharing.

Access the Itinerary Browser

1. In the navigation panel, click Trip Solutions.

2. Select Personal Itineraries.

Browser layout 

Top-right actions

  • Create New - Opens a new itinerary.
  • Filter - Opens advanced filters, useful when managing a large number of itineraries.
  • Regions - View itineraries by region (if enabled on your account).

Search bars

Each main column has a search box to narrow the list without scrolling:

  • Itinerary - Search by itinerary name
  • Client - Search by client name
  • Ref No. - Search by reference number

 Tip: Use multiple filters together to find specific itineraries quickly.

Column reference 

Column Description
Itinerary Name of the itinerary. Click the name to open it in the builder. Use the checkbox to select it for bulk actions.
Client Client name from Step 1: Itinerary Details. Helps identify who the trip belongs to.
Language Language of the itinerary output, set in Step 1.
Ref No. Reference number for internal tracking or linking to booking systems.
Start Date Trip start date from Step 2: Accommodation. Shows "no date" if dates have not been set.
Nights Total nights in the itinerary, calculated from accommodation entries in Step 2.
Modified Date the itinerary was last updated. Useful for tracking recent changes.
Branding Branding profile applied to the itinerary. Set in Step 1.
Viewed Number of times the itinerary link has been opened by clients.
Last Viewed Most recent date the itinerary was opened. Useful for tracking client engagement.
Consultant User assigned to the itinerary. Helps teams manage booking ownership.
Status Current status (e.g. Booked, Cancelled, Invoice). Can be used for internal workflow tracking. Defaults to None.

Open and edit an itinerary

1. Locate the itinerary using the search bars or filters.

2. Click the itinerary name to expand the row.

3. Click Edit to open the full 6-step builder.

Available actions 

Preview and print 

Action Description
Preview (Discovery / Classic) Shows how the itinerary will look to the client without sending a viewing notification.
Get Printable Generates a printable version of the itinerary.
Post Sends or shares the itinerary output.

Copy 

Option Description
Copy Creates an exact duplicate of the itinerary.
Copy as New Creates a new version to edit independently.
Copy as Sample Saves as a reusable template.
Copy as Component Converts the itinerary into a component.

Manage

Action Description
Transfer Transfer the itinerary to another consultant.
Disable / Enable Hides or shows the itinerary to clients. Disabled itineraries are not deleted.
Lock / Unlock Prevents or allows editing. Use when the itinerary is final.

Share and client access 

Option Description
Classic Itinerary Link Copy and send the link to clients.
Email Client Link Send the link directly via email.
TravelKey App Code Provides mobile app access for the client.

Additional options

  • Itinerary History - View a log of previous changes to the itinerary.
  • Tags - Organise and categorise the itinerary using tags.
  • Settings (gear icon) - Access additional configuration options.
  • Delete - Permanently remove the itinerary.
