How do I use TravelKey and manage multiple itineraries?

TravelKey gives travellers mobile access to their digital itinerary, with offline availability, service provider contacts, and the ability to manage up to five trips at once.

 Note: If you have any queries about your itinerary or TravelKey, contact the agent who booked your trip - they have all the relevant information and can assist you. 

Download and update the app

Download via App Link

Your booking agent may provide an App Link. Open this link on the mobile device you want to use - it will direct you to the correct app store and open your itinerary automatically without needing to enter a code.

Download manually

Search for TravelKey in the Google Play Store or Apple App Store, or scan the QR code provided by your booking agent.

Update the app

Search for TravelKey in the Google Play Store or Apple App Store and select Update to install the latest version.

Log in

  1. Open TravelKey - the app will display the login screen.
  2. Enter the App Code supplied by your booking agent.
  3. Tap Log in.
  4. Your itinerary will download and open on the Overview page.

Note: The first time you open an itinerary, it may take a little longer to load while all the details download. Speed depends on your mobile network or Wi-Fi connection.

My Trips

My Trips lets you manage up to five itineraries at once within TravelKey. Trips are automatically sorted by travel date, with upcoming trips shown first.

Each itinerary displays as a card showing:

  • Trip name
  • Travel dates
  • Destination image

Add an itinerary

1. Open My Trips.

2. Tap Add Itinerary.

3. Enter the App Code for the itinerary.

4. The itinerary will open automatically on the Home screen.

Note: Once you reach the 5-itinerary limit, the Add Itinerary option will be disabled until you remove an existing itinerary. 

Switch itineraries

Tap any itinerary card in My Trips to switch to it. TravelKey will open that itinerary's Home screen immediately.

Refresh an itinerary

If your booking agent has made changes, refresh the itinerary to get the latest version. You can refresh from the Menu or directly from My Trips.

Remove an itinerary

Removing an itinerary deletes it from your list and removes any offline data saved for that trip.

  • If you remove the currently active itinerary, TravelKey will automatically switch to the next available trip based on travel dates.
  • If you remove the last remaining itinerary, TravelKey will log out.

The Home screen

Opening an itinerary takes you to the Home screen, where you can:

  • View your introduction
  • Open Day Cards to see your daily plans
  • Access contact details and the Menu

Daily information

Each Day Card shows all events for that day, with links to booking references, contact details, and traveller-specific information.

Map and directions

  • Tap View Route / Open Map to open a location or route in your preferred map app.
  • Supported apps: Google Maps, Apple Maps, Waze.
  • Your preferred map app becomes the default for the current itinerary. You can also set this in Settings.

Note: Routes are generated by the selected map app - they are not preloaded in TravelKey. Custom directions added by your agent can be viewed via Menu › Directions
