What the Sustainability Profile is
The Sustainability Profile is a self-declared record of your responsible tourism practices across 10 categories. It takes approximately 45 to 60 minutes to complete.
Important: The Sustainability Profile is a structured place to record and share your practices. Completing it does not replace third-party certification, and it does not make your business compliant with any regulation. Your business makes, owns, and is responsible for the accuracy of every claim you record here.
The Sustainability Profile is available on Stay profiles only.
Once submitted and approved by a senior team member within your business, the information is shared with trade partners. It does not display in client-facing outputs.
1. Navigate to your profile
1. Log in to your Wetu account.
The menu expands when you move your mouse over it, revealing labelled icons

2. Click the three-dot menu (⋮) next to the profile.
3. Select Edit Profile.

The Sustainability Profile must be reviewed and approved by a senior team member within your business before the information is visible to the trade. This internal approval step is part of your own accountability process.

2. Upload your official certification documentation.
- Your documentation will be reviewed by Wetu.

- Once verified, your certification will become visible to the trade.
