What are Multi-Day Tours and when should I use them?

Multi-Day Tours are pre-built multi-night itinerary blocks that can be added to your itinerary's Accommodation step - saving time and ensuring accurate, consistent content.

Add a Multi-Day Tour

1. Open the itinerary and navigate to the Accommodation step.

2. Click the + icon and select Add Component.

3. In the browser that opens, select Multi-Day Tours.

4. All published tours - and any built by your company (if enabled) - will be listed.

Search for a Multi-Day Tour

1. Use the Operators dropdown to filter by provider company name.

2. Use the Search field to find a tour by name.

Note: All published Multi-Day Tours from Day Tour Operators are listed by default. To view only your company's tours, select your company name from the Operators dropdown.

Make changes after adding

Rearrange

1. Click and hold the letter (A, B, C...) next to the property name for 3 seconds, then drag it to the desired position.

Delete

2. Click the delete option next to the accommodation entry to remove it from the itinerary.

Tip: Any changes made in the Accommodation step will affect the Route Builder and Planner. If you are unsure about changes, copy the itinerary first and make changes to the copy - keeping the original intact.
