What is a Custom Sales Guide and how do I create one?

Sales Guides are AI-generated summaries of supplier properties, including location, activities, and selling points, to help consultants select the right accommodation and close the deal.

Important: Sales Guides do not appear on any client-facing outputs. They are only visible within the Wetu system to users logged into your account - designed to support product knowledge and sales conversations. 

View a supplier Sales Guide

1. In the Product Manager, locate the Sales Guide column.

2. Click the icon to open the guide.

3. If the guide was loaded by the supplier, this will be indicated in the guide name.

Note: Admin users can click the Customise icon to edit the guide. This opens the Supplier section in a second tab.

Create a Custom Sales Guide

1. If the supplier you want is not already in the list, use the search function, select the supplier, and click Add Product. The supplier will appear at the top of the list and will filter into alphabetical order on return.

2. Click Sales Guide for the supplier.

3. If no guide exists yet, click Add Custom Sales Guide.

Note: If the supplier already has a guide loaded, use the dropdown to toggle between the supplier's guide and any custom guides added to your account.

4. Click Add Custom Sales Guide to create your own guide.

5. Enter a name for the guide.

6. Click Build my Sales Guide - the AI will generate a draft based on the supplier's loaded information.

7. Edit and enhance the draft as needed.

8. Click Save.

The guide will now be available in the dropdown for all consultants in your account.

Use the Sales Guide in the Itinerary Builder

The Product Manager can be opened from Step 2: Accommodation as an easy reference when selecting accommodation. Consultants can check the Sales Guide to confirm the right property for each traveller's requirements before adding it to the itinerary.
