# What is the Classic Itinerary output layout?

## The Classic Output presents itinerary information in a structured, tab-based format - making it easy for clients to navigate directly to the section they need, whether that's accommodation, daily plans, or transport.

### **What is the Classic Output?**

The Classic Output is a tab-based digital itinerary. Instead of scrolling through a continuous page, clients navigate between clearly separated tabs to access specific sections. Think of it as a well-organised digital document where information is structured for easy reference.

- Tab-based navigation - clients jump directly to the section they need
- Structured and information-rich - ideal for detailed, logistics-heavy itineraries
- Suitable for clients who prefer a document-style reference rather than a visual story
- Can be customised through theme and branding settings (logos, colours, fonts)

### **Tab-by-tab layout**

Each tab below shows what the client sees and where that content comes from in the Itinerary Builder.

### **Preview and share**

**Preview (internal)**

1\. Open the itinerary in the Itinerary Builder.

2\. Click **Preview** in the top right.

3\. Select the **Classic** preview option.

**Do not share the preview link with clients**

The preview link is for internal review only. Use the client share link to send the itinerary to clients. 

**Share with clients**

1\. Navigate to **Step 6: Additional Details**.

2\. Locate the **Client Share Link** (Classic Itinerary Link).

3\. Copy and send the link to your client.

Clients can navigate between tabs depending on what they need - Overview for a summary, Daily Information for day-to-day plans, Accommodation for stay details, and Documents for important files.
