What is the itinerary's unique link and how do I share it?
The Unique Booking URL lets you add a direct booking link to each itinerary, so travellers can book or enquire directly from their Virtual or Digital itinerary.

Enable the Unique Booking URL
Administrator permission required
You must have Administrator permissions to enable this feature for your account.
1. Navigate to Account.
2. Click the Options tab.
3. Locate the Enquiry URL setting.
4. Select the desired permission level.

DisabledThe Unique Booking URL field is not available. Current functionality remains unchanged. |
Admin OnlyOnly Admin users can see, add, edit, or remove the URL field. |
All UsersAll users - admin and non-admin - can see, add, edit, or remove the URL field. |

Note: This feature is available on all Personal, Sample, Day Tour, and Multi-Day Tour itinerary builders and their outputs.
Add a Unique Booking URL to an itinerary
1. Open an itinerary in the Itinerary Builder.
2. Go to Step 1: Itinerary Details.
3. Locate the Unique Booking URL field.
4. Enter your URL.
5. Click Check URL to verify the link opens the correct booking page.

Note: If the URL is not in a valid format, a red border will appear with an error message. The URL must include a valid domain extension
(e.g. .com, .co.za, .uk, .us).

6. A valid URL will save successfully. The Book Now or Enquire button on the itinerary output will open the booking portal in a new tab.
Working with identities
If you apply an Identity that has its own Enquiry Form URL, a prompt will appear asking how you want to handle the existing URL.
