Where do I add client details for an itinerary?
Client details, itinerary settings, traveller names, and room configuration are all completed in the Itinerary Details step - the first step of the Itinerary Builder.

Getting started
1. Navigate to Trip Solutions.
2. Click Itinerary Builder to open the dropdown menu.
3. Select Personal Itinerary or Sample Itinerary.
4. Create a new itinerary to open the Itinerary Details step.

Note: Client-specific fields (Client Name, Client Email, Telephone, Traveller Names) apply to Personal Itineraries only. All other fields apply to both Personal and Sample Itineraries.
Itinerary settings
Complete the fields in the Itinerary Details step. Only the Itinerary Name is required - all other fields are optional.

| Itinerary Name Required |
A descriptive name for the tour. Required before moving to Step 2. |
| Client Name | The name of the group or lead traveller enquiring about the trip. |
| Reference Number | Your internal reference or invoice number. Used to search for the itinerary and as the document name on any generated documents. |

| Theme | Select the visual theme for the itinerary. |
| Branding | Select the company details to display. Choose from the Identities created in your account settings. |
| Unique Booking URL | Adding a URL here will direct clients to that website when they select Book Now on the itinerary. |
| Languages | Select the itinerary language. Accommodation and service descriptions will be translated, but free text fields must be written manually in the required language. |
| Client Email | Your client's email address. Stored as a record, or used to pre-populate the Email Client Link on Step 6. |
| Telephone |
Your client's contact number for easy reference. |

Special interests
1. Locate the Special Interests field.
2. Click the expand button on the left (an epanded input pannel will apear) or
3. Type a keyword directly in the field (e.g. Honeymoon, Cultural Tour, Wildlife, Adventure).
3. Press Enter to add it.
4. Repeat to add more interests.

5. To remove keywords press the x next to the keyword.
Traveller names
1. Use the + and − symbols to set the number of adults and children.
2. Click Enter Names in the top right.
3. A new window will open.
4. Enter the names of adult travellers.
5. Enter the name and age of each child traveller.
6. Click Save Names.

Room configuration
1. Use the + and − symbols to set the number of each room type required.
Note: This sets the default room configuration for the itinerary. You can override it per accommodation in the Accommodation step.
