Where do I add my company's Terms & Conditions to itineraries?
Your company's Terms & Conditions protect both you and your clients by setting clear expectations for bookings and travel. Once added to Wetu, they automatically appear on your itineraries.
Caution: Admin rights needed
Getting to Company Details
1. Log in to your Wetu account
2. In the Navigation Panel, select "Account" under Account Setup
3. Click the "Company Details" tab
Don't see Account Setup? You may not have permission to access this area. Contact the person in your company who manages your Wetu account.
Adding your Terms & Conditions
1. In the Company Details tab, scroll to the "Terms and Conditions" section
2. Paste or type your full Terms & Conditions text into the field
3. To add translations, click "Translations" and enter your T&Cs in each language you use in the system
4. Click "Save"

Note: Your Terms & Conditions will now appear on all new itineraries automatically.
Tip: Keep your T&Cs up to date, review them annually or whenever your business policies change.
Where Terms & Conditions appear
Once saved, your Terms & Conditions display in the "About Us" section of:
- Digital itineraries (Classic view)
- Printable itineraries

Clients can read your full Terms & Conditions before booking, ensuring transparency and legal protection for both parties.
Discovery view: You will find them right at the bottom of the digital document.
Important notes
Virtual Itineraries: Terms & Conditions do not appear on Virtual Itineraries. Virtual Itineraries are designed for inspiration and do not include booking terms or contact information.
Existing itineraries: Changes to your Terms & Conditions apply to new itineraries only. Previously created itineraries will retain the T&Cs that were in place when they were created. You'll need to manually update existing itineraries if you want them to reflect new terms.
Best practices
Keep them clear and concise
While T&Cs need to be comprehensive, avoid overly complex legal language where possible. Clear terms are easier for clients to understand and accept.
Cover the essentials
Make sure your Terms & Conditions include:
- Payment terms and deposit requirements
- Cancellation and refund policies
- Travel insurance requirements
- Liability limitations
- Force majeure provisions
Have them reviewed
Always have your Terms & Conditions reviewed by a legal professional to ensure they comply with your country's consumer protection laws and travel industry regulations.
Update regularly
Review your T&Cs at least once a year and update them whenever your policies, pricing structure, or legal requirements change.
