How do I delete my cookies to refresh Wetu?

If Wetu is behaving unexpectedly, showing outdated content, not loading correctly, or not reflecting recent changes, clearing your browser cookies can often fix the problem.

Important

Cookie settings are controlled by your browser, not by Wetu. The steps below may vary slightly depending on your browser version. Clearing cookies will sign you out of websites and remove saved preferences. 

Google Chrome

1. Open Chrome and click the browser menu (three dots, top right), then select Settings.

2. In the left menu, click Privacy and security, then select Clear browsing data.

3. In the pop-up, tick Cookies and other site data.

4. Select a time range, or choose All time to remove all cookies.

5. Click Clear data.

Mozilla Firefox

1. Open Firefox and click the browser menu(three lines, top right), then select Settings.

2. Click Privacy & Security in the left menu and scroll down to the Cookies and Site Data section.

3. Click Clear Data

4. Ensure Cookies and Site Data is ticked.

Microsoft Edge

1. Open Edge and click the browser menu (three dots, top right), then select Settings.

2. In the left menu, click Privacy, search, and services.

3. Scroll to the Clear browsing data section and click Choose what to clear.

4. Ensure Cookies and other site data is ticked.
